Founded in 1990, China Famen Bearing Co., Ltd. is specialized ball bushing manufacturer and ball bushings distributor of all types of custom and cheap bearings. We obtained ISO9002, ISO14001, and QS9000 certificates in 1995 and 1996, 1999 respectively. Other advanced equipments include four RGB and RCI series heat treatment production lines with a treatment quantity totaling 1,500 kilograms per hour. The Multi-points temperature control meters and CNC display meters with bi-directional control have been adopted to complement these units.

Standard diameter of shaft ranges from 5 to 80mm. Specials can be ground to any size in diameter.

Extreme surface hardness, exceptional straightness and super smooth finish are essential characteristics of the ideal Ball Bushing* or Roundway* bearing race. 60 Case* shafts have all these features with hardness rated HRC 60-65, standard straightness tolerances of 0.001/0.002 in. per foot (with still straighter shafts available) and super smooth finishes measured at maximum 8 Ra microinch. Combined, these features dramatically reduce friction and wear resulting in longer shaft and machine life. At the same time bearing performance is optimized.

PLC or Precision Linear Components is NSK's brand of inch and metric linear ball bushings and 60 HRC shafting. PLC ball bushings are a high performance series because they offer three times the load capacity and up to 27 times the normal travel life of conventional ball bushings. PLC's 60 HRC linear shafting is produced to exceed industry requirements for uniform hardness, depth of case, accurate diameters and straightness. PLC also offers a full-range of shaft supports and assemblies. PLC can be easily designed into many different applications such as factory automated equipment, machine tools, industrial machines, electrical equipment, and optical and measuring instruments.
