Founded in 1990, China Famen Bearing Co., Ltd. is specialized roach conveyor manufacturer and roach conveyors distributor of all types of custom and cheap bearings. We obtained ISO9002, ISO14001, and QS9000 certificates in 1995 and 1996, 1999 respectively. Other advanced equipments include four RGB and RCI series heat treatment production lines with a treatment quantity totaling 1,500 kilograms per hour. The Multi-points temperature control meters and CNC display meters with bi-directional control have been adopted to complement these units.

During tire manufacturing process, tires may have to be inverted or "flipped". For many years, Roach has designed and manufactured conveyors to facilitate this process. In the photo above, Roach model 196LS line shaft driven live roller, is designed to flip tires with this modified line shaft conveyor. 3/16" thick (nom.) PVC covering is applied to rollers on this conveyor as well as to the rollers on vertical roller guards to protect the tire surface.

When he and electrical engineering manager LaRoy McCann began designing their new Smart Zone series of zero pressure accumulation conveyors, they started looking for technology that would meet the industry’s growing demand for the transport of lighter packages at high speeds while streamlining the control system. “We’ve had accumulation conveyors for years,” says Parks, “and we always used pneumatic logic or mechanical linkages in our zone control.” But such technology wasn’t befitting of the trends taking place in today’s market.
