Founded in 1990, China Famen Bearing Co., Ltd. is specialized torrington bearing manufacturer and torrington bearings distributor of all types of custom and cheap bearings. We obtained ISO9002, ISO14001, and QS9000 certificates in 1995 and 1996, 1999 respectively. Other advanced equipments include four RGB and RCI series heat treatment production lines with a treatment quantity totaling 1,500 kilograms per hour. The Multi-points temperature control meters and CNC display meters with bi-directional control have been adopted to complement these units.

Complete Bearing and Seal QuadKits are true original equipment replacements with the exact Timken and Torrington bearing numbers as supplied to New Venture. This is important because 5 of the 8 tapered roller bearing components used in the NV4500 are improved versions of standard series bearings. These bearings are identified with unique suffixes. While standard bearings may dimensionally interchange, they do not meet the strict New Venture design specifications and may not provide satisfactory service life. Our seals are also exactly as specified by New Venture. Each bearing kit includes ALL the bearings and seals for a particular transmission. We custom assemble our kits to match your transmission so you don't have to pay for a lot of extra parts as you would from will-fit kits sold elsewhere.
