Founded in 1990, China Famen Bearing Co., Ltd. is specialized vertical conveyor manufacturer and vertical conveyors distributor of all types of custom and cheap bearings. We obtained ISO9002, ISO14001, and QS9000 certificates in 1995 and 1996, 1999 respectively. Other advanced equipments include four RGB and RCI series heat treatment production lines with a treatment quantity totaling 1,500 kilograms per hour. The Multi-points temperature control meters and CNC display meters with bi-directional control have been adopted to complement these units.

W&H’s WHizlift is a unique vertical conveying unit that consists of a belt conveyor, steel frame and a rugged nylon retainer cover. The flexible and durable retaining cover automatically conforms to the products' shape, forming a protective "cocoon" which enables the product to be vertically transported - safely and securely. The compact design enables it to be used in very close quarters, allowing it to fit applications that cannot be supported by traditional incline conveyors. It is available in 36", 42", 48" or 54 inch widths with standard speed settings of 60, 75, 90 or 120 feet per minute and can handle a load of up to 40 lbs/ft. Vertical lifts are custom designed to suit the application. Maximum product dimensions are 48" x 36" x 24" and minimum product dimensions are 6" x 2" x 2".

Nercon designed the FLEX LIFTS' TM product platform using a combination of structural tube and geometric blocks to create multiple locking surfaces. This locks the product platform into a level position ensuring maximum product stability during the vertical transfer.

Nercon engineers have eliminated most of the components requiring maintenance, such as bearings and sprockets typically found in this equipment. Heavy-duty UHMW idlers wheels replace all of the idler chain sprockets, increasing the service life of the lifting chains. The open construction of the FLEX LIFT TM Vertical Conveyor allows for ease of maintenance through quick and simple access to all components.
